The Sealey LS5004 is a 4m lifting strap with a 5 tonne capacity, designed for applications requiring extended reach whilst maintaining excellent load-handling capability. This longer length is particularly valuable for lifting operations involving tall loads, deep excavations, or situations where additional clearance is needed. Weight-for-weight, this strap is three to five times stronger than traditional chains, providing superior strength in a more manageable and safer format. Manufactured from 100% high-strength polyester with reinforced lifting eyes, the LS5004 delivers reliable performance and long service life. The strap’s construction allows early detection of overload conditions through visible fraying, providing critical advance warning and enhancing operator safety. Colour-coded according to European standards, the capacity can be instantly identified, streamlining lifting operations and reducing the risk of errors. Safe working load ratings are specified for both U configuration (load between loop eyes) and straight configuration (load at one end).
