This is the beginning of known history, as far back as we can go, leading up to the first known civilization, Sumeria. There are two types of institutions existing: voluntary and coercive. Voluntary institutions like family, businesses, partnerships, employment, contracts, and learning have foundations on consent between participating adults or the parents, caretakers, or guardians of participating children. On the other hand, the coercive institutions use force instead of consent to bind in an involuntary relationship. These institutions are collectively called the government. There are semi-coercive institutions. People’s affiliations to these institutions are voluntary, at least to some extent, but then these institutions bind their followers to a code, laws, traditions, culture, or mass psychoses, unnatural ethics. These institutions are collectively called organized religions. The list of coercive organized religions includes Atheism.
In the beginning, all unnatural laws were supposedly divine and were unavoidable in the name of the so-called God. Since God created you and knows better than anyone else, His statutes, codes, ethics, morality, rules, and regulations were final. Disobeying or violating divine laws was a sin punishable in life and after death, no matter how unnatural the law was or is. Brute coercive force was applied to preserve the sanctity of those laws with the help of priests, educators, enforcers, punishments, shunning, and exiles. These laws, since day one, have been fighting against nature and, as a result, have failed right from the very beginning. As time passes, the self-destructiveness of these laws becomes increasingly apparent. Violations either become so common that they become the norm, or they may even become fashionable; if the regime or gods insist on enforcing them, then rebellions and mutinies ensue, ultimately destroying society in the process. In many cases, some foreign force takes advantage of the resulting instability and conquers the disturbed territory.
Government laws and religious ethics are nothing more than the whims and wishes of your masters. They always come into existence when an elitist or a group of elites tries to provide a one-size-fits-all solution to a perceived problem, taking away the options for a number of other solutions that might be good for different individuals and groups. As we all know, one size fits all, it never works, at least for everyone, and at least in the long run. So, all government laws and regulations and religious ethics ultimately fail. A perfect example in the current global perspective is sex outside the bounds of marriage. In most traditional religions and traditional societies, sex outside marriage was, and still is, entirely unacceptable. Harsh sentences like death, stoning, and lashes are still, at least in books, in many societies. Virginity until the wedding night was absolutely desirable for both men and women. These laws and traditions are particularly harsh for women. If a woman lost her virginity, in many cases even as a result of a rape, she would become highly undesirable and even untouchable. From there, we are now in a world where, in most societies, virginity is not even a consideration. Even the so-called conservatives are openly engaged in sex outside marriage. The instincts of attraction and reproduction prevail over unnatural laws and ethics.
Women who were supposed to be covered from head to toe in loose clothing, so that there is minimal invitation for men to sin, are now commonly exposing their bodies by wearing shorts and blouses, using advanced makeup techniques, hairstyling, waxing, perfuming, and nail polishing. Occasional sex and one-night stands are getting more common; dating with sex on the first date is not uncommon now. Segregation has ended. Men and women are working, driving, going out, dancing, partying, and leisuring together, all the time. Even the most conservative societies are opening up in this regard, and it is getting harder and harder for the doorkeepers to keep doors locked because even the doorkeepers cannot restrict themselves to that extent anymore. The controllers in highly conservative societies are often blamed for practicing double standards, a far more advanced agenda for themselves, and restrictions for the masses.
Even the tradition of women covering themselves from head to toe is merely a ritual now. These head-to-toe coverings are now highly fashionable, showing curves and everything, and the woman wearing them could be on a date with whom she would sleep tonight.
The same thing has happened to harsh physical punishments for crimes and to violations of religious codes. In some societies, these are still on the books, but are not enforceable. These changes were so subtle, gradual, and powerful that, in many cases, the old laws remain unchanged, while a who-cares attitude prevails, making them unenforceable. Even in many US states, sex outside marriage is still a crime, but, of course, never enforced.
Prostitution, gambling, and drugs are other good examples. Throughout the course of human history, governments and religions have put so much emphasis on stopping and ending these so-called “evils”, countless lives and families are lost, an incredible amount of resources and tax money goes in a significant waste, prisons are overflowing, STDs and other diseases are spreading, but doorkeepers never give up despite a global failure for thosands of years. They are still superior to everyone else.
In short, natural laws have always won, still winning, and will always win. All these idiots who thought and many still think that they can win over nature with coercion and propaganda have lived and are living a pipe dream. Their wet dreams never end. Looks like we still have a long way to go before controllers fully realize that all humans are born free and will always strive to live free. Masters have always been able to convince a segment of the population that slavery is their life. But free minds are still alive, and growing in number and strength.
